Tetramorium immigrans (Tetramorium caespituma) is the Pavement Ant or Sugar Ant. It belongs to the order Hymenoptera and the family Formicidae. This invertebrate animal is native to North America and is very fond of open and bright habitats. There are three modes of locomotive ants: trotting, climbing, and scurrying.
